Shipping methods

MYPRINCESS relies on several couriers chosen according to some criteria such as reliability and fast delivery. According to the destination and country and to the warehouse from which the order is shipped, we offer the following shipping methods:

Shipping from Chinese warehouse

Shipping from European warehouse

Orders’ handling times

From the moment in which the order is placed to the moment in which the parcel is given to the selected courier, we have maximum 1-7 working days to process the order. We provide the shipment’s tracking number within this lapse. Please kindly note that the tracking number will not display immediate results.if the client requested own logo on the products or need to add AMZ label sticker on it ,we may need more time.

Shipping times

After the order is processed and given to the selected courier, shipping and delivery times vary accordingly:

Shipping from Chinese warehouse: 3-4 working days

Shipping from European warehouse: 4-5 working days

Delivery times

This lapse represents the total working days from the moment in which the order is placed to the moment in which it is delivered.

Track orders

Any selected courier will allow customers to track their orders. All of our shipments are traceable and the tracking code is sent via email within 24 hours after MYPRINCESS gives parcels to couriers.

About Customs

Customs duties can be applied just in case of orders from Chinese warehouse, using DHL China. According to the shipments of the last 12 months, just the 5% of them got customs duties to pay. The 95% has been successfully delivered with no additional costs.

In case of European shipments, the percentage rises to 100%. In fact, using the Shipping from Europe, no customs duties will be applied at all, because this courier relies on a series of logistic centers in Europe.
In case customers choose DHL China and they get customs fees, MYPRINCESS is not responsible for them and does not issue any refund.

Remote Areas

There are some DHL remote areas, which are not directly reachable by DHL China. So, choosing the shipping from Europe will also allow you to avoid these limitations.

How to check if yours is a remote area?

In order to check if your city is a DHL remote area, you can insert your data by DHL.COM

If the result of your research will be “The location you have selected is not a remote area or is not a valid selection” then your city is reachable by DHL courier, hence it is NOT a remote area.

If the result will be “The following are Remote Areas based on your choice selection”, then your city is not reached by DHL, thus being a remote area.

Alternatives in case of remote areas


If your address is a DHL China remote area, MYPRINCESS changes shipping method into European shipping (8-10 working days, no customs duties 100%).

Return and Refund Policy

Once you click the “Confirm Order” button you are sending us your order and agreeing to our return policy and all other policies as stated by MYPRINCESS which are located on the menu bar at the bottom of every page on this site.


Make sure you give us your full and complete street address. DHL,UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, PO or FPO. If UPS needs to change this information they charge us a fee of $10.00, and we will have to pass this charge on to you.

Damaged Items:

  1. Package and item damaged in transit. Please save package and entire contents including any packing material. Shipping companies will require receipt of entire damage package.


  1. Package undamaged but item damaged or non-functioning. Please notify us within 7 days. We will assist you in the replacement of the item and provide instructions for the return of the damaged or non-working unit.

Item no longer needed:

Should you decide that you no longer want the item that you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Customers must contact us prior to the return. IF you must use United States Postal service feel free to insure the unit for its value but do not require a signature. Any package sent by USPS that is sent signature required stands a very good chance of being held at the Post Office. We are not able to spend a long period of time in line at the Post Office to sign for your package. The package will be returned to you at your expense. Once your complete and undamaged item is received, we will issue you a refund for the item less a 20% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will we refund the shipping fee for an unwanted return. We will also deduct any shipping charges incurred to us on a return for items that have free shipping.

Would like to trade for different item?

Should you decide a different item will better meet your needs, you may return your item for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Customer must contact us prior to return. A full credit of the purchase price will be applied to the replacement item providing the returned item is received complete and undamaged. Customer will pay for the return shipment, as well as any additional payment due on the replacement item and shipping for that item.



Product failure within 30 days:

In the unlikely event your product should fail within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at once. Once we authorize a return, we will contact you upon its arrival. Should the item appear to have failed during normal operation, we will replace the item with a new one, refund the shipping costs of your return and ship the replacement at no charge.


If the returned item shows any signs of abuse or improper operation, MYPRINCESS will not replace the item or refund your shipping costs. The item may be returned to you at your request and additional shipping costs will apply.


The determination of abuse or improper operation will be determined by MYPRINCESS in a fair and impartial manner. Complete documentation will be kept on any refused claims for the period of one year.

Should your item fail after the end of 30 days:

Should your item fail after the end of 30 days from your purchase but before the end of any warranty on the item you should not return the product to MYPRINCESS. Follow the warranty information that came with your item. Should you require information on warranty service, we will be glad to assist you if we can.


When your item is received, it will be examined to determine if it failed within the use of normal operations. That determination will result in the repair or replacement of your item. If it is determined that your item failed due to abuse or improper operation, the item will not be replaced by MYPRINCESS. The item will be returned to you at your cost.


The determination of abuse or improper operation will be determined by MYPRINCESS in a fair and impartial manner. Complete documentation will be kept on any refused claims for the period of one year.


Dispute Resolution-Please note that failure to read these policies will not prohibit them from applying. If any situation occurs that is not covered by this policy, MYPRINCESS agrees to act in good faith to resolve the issue in fairness to all parties.
